Proverbs 10:4 NIV

4 Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth.

Technical skill is more important than political belief. With the hands,
men work. Diligent work brings wealth, not political leanings. Take time
to develop technical expertise.

That's true. That's exactly what Venezuela needs: more diligent hands
and less lazy ones. *Good posting*

What Venezuela needs is another government that stops giving away the
country's wealth to political cronies (Cuba, Ecuador, Bolivia, ...) and
that stops rampant corruption (see the wealth amassed by Chavez family
and the drug connections of Maduro and others).
As Cuba shows: if "political belief" (dogmatism) is left in control all
the "technical skills" can not overcome that.
Lay blame where blame should lie.
